Indian Air Force MiG 27 crashes near Rajasthan's Jodhpur, Pilot escapes unhurt
In a tragic incident, a Indian Air Force MiG crashed at Banar’s Devaliya village near Rajasthan’s Jodhpur. As per the reports, the pilot behind the wheel escaped unhurt.
The incident took place at about 40kms from Jodhpur.
Immediately after the incident, the fire brigade and police reached the spot. The fire brigade made attempts to douse the fire.
Soon after the crash, the pilot could be seen lying on the ground as he ejected safely.
As per the sources, the crash took place during a routine mission. The Air Force has ordered a court of inquiry which will investigate the cause of the accident.
