Ghanti Bajao Follow Up: Delhi HC slams civic bodies over garbage dump

Stating that non-removal of garbage is a penal offence that could attract Section 304 of the IPC, Delhi High Court today slammed civic bodeis.
The high court had asked ABP News to do an investigative report on situation of garbage dumping in the city.
