Election Results 2019: Narendra Modi to take oath on May 30 for second time as PM

In a stunning electoral showing, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the BJP to a historic victory in the Lok Sabha polls, with the ruling party itself set to win 300 seats in a marked improvement over its 2014 showing that left the opposition dazed and demoralized. The NDA could end up with 348 of the 542 Lok Sabha seats.
