Bihar Minister, Brij Kishor Bind said, "It is mentioned in Shiva Puran that Lord Shiva was from Bind caste. When Lord Krishna can be a 'Gwala' (a shepherd), Lord Ram can be a Kshatriya, then, why can't Lord Shiva be a 'Bind'."
