Allahabad: Main accused of Dalit student killing ARRESTED

Vijay Shankar Singh who is the main accused of Dalit Student killing case has been arrested.

Dalit student Dalip Saroj was beaten to death by 4 men among which the main was Vijay Shankar Singh. Post the incident, he was on the run and had been changing his locations consistently. But now, he has been arrested along with other 3 accused.
