Atlas Cycles, one of country’s oldest cycle-maker, have shut down operations at its biggest plant in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The company’s decision of shutting down its factory came on the World Bicycle Day. Workers at the Atlas factory found a notice about closing of the plant posted at the main gate.
