Why are few people taking Coronavirus lightly and running away from quarantine units? | Namaste Bharat (16.04.2020)

On Wednesday afternoon, eight people tried to escape one of the COVID-19 quarantine centres of Indore. Out of them three were later caught whereas five managed to escape. The only worry is that out of these eight people, five were Coronavirus positive. 
But why are people running away from quarantine centres and risking many lives?
