The wife of Alkem Laboratories promoter Mritunjay Kumar Singh, Seema Singh, paid Rs 185 crore for a luxury apartment in Mumbai's Worli neighbourhood, according to property registration records that IndexTap was able to access. The documents show that the apartment, which is 14,866 square feet in size, is part of the Lodha Sea Face project, which is currently being built by listed real estate firm Macrotech Developers, also known as Lodha Group.
The premium apartment, according to the documents, has nine podium parking places and is located on the 30th level. The deal, which cost ₹1.24 lakh per square foot, was filed on December 11, 2024. The offer date of possession, as stated in the documents, is December 31, 2027, with an 18-month grace period. The remaining amount for the opulent residence will be paid in installments. Singh has already paid ₹46.50 crore. According to the documents, a registration cost of Rs. 30,000 and stamp duty of ₹9.25 crore were paid for the apartment's purchase.
The penthouse on the 30th floor, which Seema Singh purchased for Rs 185 crore, is 14,866 square feet in size. The deal's key details are:
