Pharma Employee In Gurjarat Runs Pasta Stall On Weekends To Follow Her Passion

To realise a dream, one must have a strong passion and determination towards the work. Dhruvi Panchal, an employee at a healthcare company loves cooking which is why she has opened up her food stall. A video showing Panchal cooking delicious macaroni and other sorts of pasta dishes has gone viral on social media.
Shared on Instagram by user Yogesh Jivrani, Panchal, who runs the stall during weekends from 6:30 pm to 11 pm can be seen standing behind her roadside food stall in the video. One can see some utensils, a stove and other things required for running the food joint. Soon she gets an order an begins to prepare a macaroni dish for the customer. One can also see a good number of people lines up to place their order.
According to the post Panchal has studied B.Pharma and works at Zydus but since she loved cooking she decided to follow her passion and opened a food joint at "CEPT khau street" in Ahmedabad.
"With her job, she decided to start a small business of food at a place where the youth gathers. She included pasta and macaroni in her menu which is often liked by youth," wrote Jivrani.

"Mom is a simple housewife and father is in a job but after they understood their daughter' s love for cooking she was allowed to follow her passion," he further wrote.
According to the post, Panchal reaches her stall in CEPT khau street at 6:30 pm and serves amazing pasta and macaroni there. Youngsters are her main target customers, who enjoy coming to her stall. Cooking and serving people gives her a sense of satisfaction writes Jivrani in the post.
