Bengaluru, India’s tech city, is well known for its startups, great weather, and heavy traffic. Among all this, finding a good place to live—one that is close to work and fits the budget—can be really tough. The city is also known for its high brokerage fees and rising rents of apartments.
With these challenges, getting a decent apartment in Bengaluru is not easy. But finding one without paying brokerage? That’s almost impossible. However, one man did just that, leaving the internet both impressed and jealous.
The post was shared by an X user Chaitanya, who shared photographs of his new apartment which he got without paying any extra money.
His post quickly went viral, with users stunned by both the aesthetics of his apartment and the near-miraculous nature of his find. In response to comments, Chaitanya disclosed that he found the place through a website that helped him secure a deal at a "pretty reasonable" price.
