Telangana: TS-TET Notification 2022 Released, Check Eligibility, Exam Date

Hyderabad: The School Education Department of Telangana released the Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TS-TET) notification 2022 on Friday.

The Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TS-TET-2022) will be held on June 12 in all 33 districts of the state, with results expected on June 27.

Online applications are being accepted by eligible applicants who want to be teachers for classes 1 to 8 in the southern state.

The TS-TET-2022 exam will be conducted in two papers, Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates who want to be teachers in grades 1 to 5 must take Paper-I, while those who want to be teachers in grades 6 to 8 must take Paper-II.

Candidates who want to teach in all grades from 1 to 8 can take both Paper-I and Paper-II exams.

TS TET 2022: Important Dates

• Online payment of exam fee - 26.03.2022 to 11.04.2022
• Online submission of application through https://tstet.cgg.gov.in - 26.03.2022 to 12.04.2022
• Downloading of Hall Tickets - 06.06.2022 onwards
• Date of Examination - TS-TET-2022 will be conducted on June 12, 2022.
• The duration and timings of the test: Paper-I: 9.30 am to 12.00 pm and Paper-II: 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm
• Declaration of Results - 27.06.2022

To be eligible for the TS-TET 2022, a candidate must have completed their intermediate and graduation with at least 50% marks and be a Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Education degree holder.

The minimum marks requirement is decreased by 5% for candidates who belong to reserved groups. Candidates in their last year of B.ED. are also eligible to apply.
