Telangana: German Giant Bosch Global Software Technologies To Start Operations In Hyderabad

K Taraka Rama Rao said that many companies that had invested in Telangana in the past had expanded rapidly.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad is already touted as the IT capital of the country besides Bengaluru, yet again the city has drawn the attention of another large international corporation. Bosch Global Software Technologies, a German multinational corporation, has announced establishing operations in Hyderabad. Company to generate 3,000 jobs. 

Telangana IT and Industries Minister K Taraka Rama Rao invited the Bosch Company to Telangana in a video conference along with a senior delegation of the company on Tuesday. KTR said the city of Hyderabad has excellent infrastructure and human resources and is confident that the company will soon expand beyond the current target of 3,000 employees. He recalled that many companies that had invested in Telangana in the past had expanded rapidly.

After the meeting, Minister KTR shared it on a Twitter platform. He said, "German MNC & a world leader in Mobility, Industrial Engineering & Home Appliances has chosen Hyderabad as a strategic location with its Bosch Global Software Technologies and R&D presence. The proposed facility will provide employment to about 3000 people".

KTR‌ said it was a coincidence that the Boash Company started its operations in India exactly one hundred years ago in 1922. Similarly, it has set up a centre in Bengaluru in the IT sector 25 years ago in 1997. 

The minister said it was a great thing that Bosch company decided to set up their facility in Hyderabad after many years, taking into account the policies of the Telangana government and favourable weather conditions. It reflects the policies of the Telangana government and progressive governance. 

The company will soon formulate a program for this centre. Bosch senior delegation, Vice President of Software Technology Center Head Sundara Raman, Chief Secretary of IT Ranjan and others participated in the video conference with the Telangana Minister.
