Telangana Minister KTR Meets French Digital Affairs Ambassador, Aims To Develop Start-Up Scenario In State
KT Rama Rao, Telangana's Information Technology and Industries Minister, paid a visit to French Ambassador of Digital Affairs Henri Verdier in Paris.
Hyderabad: On the first day of his visit to France, Telangana Minister KTR met with the French Government's Digital Affairs Ambassador Henri Verdier.
KTR spoke about various initiatives being taken to promote innovation and start-ups in the state of Telangana, the open data policy, and the digital infrastructure under construction in the state.

Minister KTR will take part in the ‘Ambition India-2021’ conference to be held in the Upper House (Senate) of France on the 29th of this month. The conference will be held under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of France Emmanuel Macron.
On the 13th of this month, the French government sent an invitation to Minister KTR to take part in it and address it directly. The French government said in the letter that the conference would help strengthen the trade and investment ties between India and France. It will be an opportunity to promote Telangana's commercial and trade potential on such an important platform.
KTR will meet French industrialists and CEOs of various companies to invite investments to Telangana.
The conference featured special sessions on key topics such as healthcare, environmental change, digital transformation, and agro-business. Around 700 business and commercial partners, as well as more than 400 participants from both nations, attended the previous Ambition India conference.
