Students, while still benefiting from the most affordable Premium option, have not been exempt from the price revision. The Student plan has increased from Rs 79 to Rs 89 per month, representing a smaller but still notable change.
YouTube Premium offers a range of features designed to enhance the viewing experience. Subscribers enjoy ad-free video streaming, allowing for uninterrupted content consumption. The service also enables background play, letting users listen to audio content while using other apps or when their device's screen is locked. Additionally, Premium members can access picture-in-picture (PiP) mode, which allows for multitasking by overlaying a small video window on top of other applications.
