Dropbox has confirmed that its recent data breach compromised customer information such as hashed passwords and personal data. The breach targeted the Dropbox Sign eSignature platform, a popular tool for digitally signing and sending documents online. The company revealed information about the unauthorised intrusion detected on April 24 and has initiated an investigation to thoroughly examine the incident. After identifying the root cause of the attack, Dropbox asserts that it has rectified the loophole.
Cyber Extortion Main Concern Of Over 35 Per Cent Indian Organisations
A recent report stated that cyber extortion is a primary concern of approximately 37 per cent of Indian organisations, compared to 24 per cent globally. Additionally, around 25 per cent of Indian firms highlighted attacks on Cloud-based infrastructure as a significant worry, according to cybersecurity company Splunk.
The survey, conducted between December 2023 and January 2024, involved 1,650 security leaders from Australia, France, Germany, India, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, and the US. Additionally, the report highlighted that India has the highest proportion of organisations (66 per cent) rating their security programs as "extremely advanced," surpassing the global average of 47 per cent.

The screenshots that have surfaced showcase the vibrant colours and matte texture of the Pixel 8a, consistent with leaked images portraying a matte finish on the black model and indicating similar finishes for the blue and green variants.
