Realme Shifts Into High Gear: GT 7 Dream Edition Co-Designed With Aston Martin F1 Team Launching On THIS Date

Realme GT 7 Dream Edition is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset.

Realme has teamed up with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team to co-design the Realme GT 7 Dream Edition. Set to make its global debut on May 27 in Paris, the phone will be launched alongside the rest of the Realme GT 7 series lineup. This marks the beginning of an ongoing partnership, with plans to release two co-developed models annually, according to the company.

Adding a personal twist to the launch experience, Realme is letting fans customise their event invitations on its website. Users can select their favourite F1 driver and even add a name of their choice to the invite. As a bonus, participants stand a chance to win a Realme GT 7 phone.

Under the Hood: Power Meets Precision

The GT 7 isn’t just about flashy branding — it promises to deliver top-tier performance. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset, the phone reportedly scores over 2.45 million on the AnTuTu benchmark, setting a new performance bar for mobile devices. Realme has also introduced GT Boost, a frame-by-frame workload prediction engine that supports sustained 120 FPS gaming on 20 of today’s most popular mobile titles.

On the display front, Realme claims the GT 7 can hit a peak brightness of 6000 nits, making it one of the brightest screens in the industry. A massive 7000mAh battery paired with 120W fast charging is also part of the spec sheet, capable of juicing the phone up to 100% in just 40 minutes.

Cinematic Imaging Meets Premium Craftsmanship

Photography and videography enthusiasts will have plenty to explore. The GT 7 Dream Edition is equipped with a 50MP main camera using the Sony IMX906 sensor, an ultra-wide lens, a 50MP 2x telephoto camera, and a 32MP front camera. The device also supports Full-scene 4K Cinematic Video Recording and Dolby Vision, ensuring both casual and professional-grade content capture.

The GT 7 series, including the Dream Edition and the GT 7T, will be available for purchase in India and globally via Realme.com, Amazon.in, and other retail platforms starting May 27.

With performance tuned for power users and design inspired by F1 luxury, the Realme GT 7 Dream Edition aims to leave a mark not just on the track, but in the tech world as well.
