Over the past few months, various leaks have revealed details about the upcoming devices. Recently, a tipster shared detailed specifications for the standard Oppo Find X8 model, which is expected to feature MediaTek’s latest high-end processor. Alongside these updates, leaked images of the successor to the Oppo Find X7 have also appeared online.

A Weibo user, Small Town Assessment (translated from Chinese), has leaked key information about the upcoming Oppo Find X8 on the popular Chinese microblogging site. The leak suggests that the phone will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 SoC, expected to launch on October 9. The device is also rumored to run on Android 15, layered with Oppo’s ColorOS 15.

The tipster claims that the Oppo Find X8 will sport a 6.5-inch 1.5K display manufactured by BOE, featuring slim bezels. Its rear panel will reportedly be made of glass and will house a triple-camera setup, with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 sensor for the telephoto lens.

Additionally, a user on X (formerly known as Twitter) has shared what appear to be live images of the Oppo Find X8. These photos reveal the phone's display, part of its centrally-aligned circular rear camera module, and its metallic edges, closely resembling the design teased by the product head of Oppo’s Find series.

According to a recent leak on Weibo, the Oppo Find X8 is expected to feature a 5,700mAh battery, with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging via a USB Type-C port, as well as proprietary wireless charging capabilities. The image shared by the tipster also reveals that the phone may include a tri-state alert slider and a dedicated button for additional functionality.

The leak further suggests that the Oppo Find X8 could be launched in China on October 21. The handset is rumored to be available in four color options: Black, Blue, Pink, and White. As the launch date approaches, more information about the Find X8 series is expected to surface.
