OnePlus is set to launch its latest Nord series smartphones: Nord 5 and Nord CE 5, along with Buds 4 wireless earbuds in India today, July 8, at 2 PM IST. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube and OnePlus’s official channels.

There have been several leaks and teases lining up to the launch event today, giving us a fair idea on what to expect on the pricing of the new launches.

It should be noted that OnePlus will only confirm the price details at the launch event, so consider this report with a pinch of salt.

How Much Will OnePlus Nord 5 Be Priced At?

At the core of the Nord 5 is a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset paired with LPDDR5X RAM, a flat 1.5K OLED display at 120 Hz, and a massive 7,000 mAh battery with 100 W fast charging. The camera setup includes a 50 MP Sony LYT‑700 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 50 MP Samsung JN5 front-facing camera, all supporting 4K video recording.

Most notably, as per leaks, the expected opening price for the Nord 5 is Rs 30,000, placing high-end performance within reach for many consumers.

How Much Will OnePlus Nord CE 5 Be Priced At?

The Nord CE 5 brings strong specs for its price point. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset, includes LPDDR5X RAM, 256 GB storage, and a large 7,100 mAh battery supported by 80 W SuperVOOC fast charging, which has the ability to fill completely in about an hour. The camera configuration mirrors that of the Nord 5, featuring a 50 MP Sony sensor and an 8 MP ultrawide lens.

As per the rumour mill, this model is expected to start at around Rs 25,000, offering excellent battery life and capable cameras for a mid-range smartphone.

Completing the lineup are the Buds 4 earbuds, equipped with dual audio drivers and separate DACs, LHDC 5.0 support, and adaptive noise cancellation of up to 55 dB.
