iQOO Neo 11 Leak: 2K Display, 7,000mAh Battery, More Specs Revealed

Leaked details indicate the iQOO Neo 11 and iQOO Neo 11 Pro are expected to hit the market later this year.

iQOO Neo 11 Leak: iQOO seems to be preparing for an ambitious upgrade to its Neo smartphone lineup. According to a leak shared by tipster Smart Pikachu on Weibo, as reported by Gizmochina, the upcoming iQOO Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro could feature top-tier specifications like a 2K OLED display, massive 7,000mAh+ battery, and powerful chipsets.

The devices are expected to launch in China by late 2025 and may ship with Android 16 based OriginOS 6. With notable improvements in design and performance, the Neo 11 series may aim to challenge even flagship rivals.

2K Display And Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor Expected

As per the leak by Smart Pikachu, one of the headline upgrades for the Neo 11 series is a 2K flat OLED display, a significant step up from the 1.5K panels seen in previous generations.

Both the standard and Pro variants are said to feature 6.8-inch screens along with ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensors, offering faster unlocking and a more premium interaction experience. If accurate, this change could signal iQOO’s intention to push the Neo line into a more competitive, high-end space.

Over 7,000mAh Battery With 100W Fast Charging

Battery life looks set to be another highlight. The leak suggests that both Neo 11 models will come equipped with over 7,000mAh batteries, a figure rarely seen in mainstream smartphones.

Combined with 100W fast charging, this setup could provide users with extended screen time and rapid top-ups, effectively addressing two of the most common pain points for power users and gamers alike.

Dual Chipsets And Metal Frame For A Flagship Feel

A metal middle frame could replace the plastic build of past Neo models, giving the Neo 11 series a more premium feel. In terms of performance, the leak claims the standard Neo 11 may use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Elite, while the Pro model could feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+.

This dual-chipset approach continues iQOO’s strategy of offering ca hoice between Qualcomm and MediaTek, targeting different segments of power users.

Expected Launch And Software Details

The Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro are likely to launch in November or December 2025, according to the Smart Pikachu leak. Both devices are expected to run Android 16 out of the box, layered with iQOO’s OriginOS 6, which may bring system-wide optimisations and a refined user interface. While iQOO has yet to make any official announcements, the early details suggest a powerful mid-to-high-end offering on the horizon.
