CES 2025: At CES 2025, Samsung showcased a strong focus on artificial intelligence (AI) innovations. The company has unveiled a range of AI-powered features for its TVs, grouped under the term 'Vision AI.' Additionally, Samsung announced new collaborations with leading tech companies like Microsoft and Google.
These partnerships have enabled the development of enhanced features for entertainment devices, such as soundbars and speakers.

Samsung Vision AI Features
Click to Search: The latest feature aims to provide users with detailed insights into the content appearing on their TV screens. This includes identifying actors, gaining context about specific scenes, and more—functionality similar to what is available on smartphones.
Live Translate: With Vision AI, Samsung TVs now incorporate on-device AI translation models, enabling real-time subtitle translations for the content being viewed.
Generative Wallpaper: Additionally, Samsung has introduced Generative Wallpaper, allowing users to showcase customized artwork or backgrounds on their TV screens when the device is in idle mode, adding a personalized touch to their viewing experience.
Samsung Partners With Microsoft
Samsung has partnered with Microsoft to introduce a suite of Copilot AI services, including tailored content recommendations for Smart TVs and monitors. Additionally, the company revealed plans to collaborate with Google to further enhance the capabilities of Vision AI. In partnership with Google, Samsung also debuted a cutting-edge 3D audio technology called ‘Eclipsa Audio.’ This feature enables creators to craft immersive, three-dimensional soundscapes by fine-tuning the placement and intensity of audio elements.
Beyond Vision AI advancements, Samsung unveiled its latest 2025 TV lineup, featuring Neo QLED, OLED, and QLED models. Leading the range is the flagship Neo QLED 8K QN990F TV, equipped with advanced on-device AI processing. Key features include 8K AI Upscaling Pro, Adaptive Sound Pro, Auto HDR Remastering Pro, Colour Booster Pro, and an AI Mode, delivering a premium viewing experience.
