JP Nadda Launches Vijay Sankalp Yatra From Haridwar. Yatra To Cover All 70 Constituencies Of State
The Yatra will be completed in two phases —first phase launched by Nadda for Garhwal Mandal. Second phase will be launched by Union Minister Anurag Thakur for Kumaon Mandal from Bageshwar on Sunday.
New Delhi: National President of the Bharatiya Janata, Party Jagat Prakash Nadda launched the Vijay Sankalp Yatra from Haridwar on Saturday. The party intended to cover all the 70 constituencies of the state to tell the voters about the work that their party has done in Uttarakhand as part of their central and state double engine government, reported Indian Express.
The Yatra will conclude on January 5.
Nadda also tweeted regarding the same. In his tweet, Nadda wrote, “I am overwhelmed by the immense affection, blessings and public support received during the roadshow in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Under the leadership of respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji, the state is scaling new heights of development under the double engine government. With your cooperation and confidence, BJP will form the government again.”

The Yatra which commenced on Saturday with the sound conch shells was also joined by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and BJP State President Madan Kaushik.

While addressing the party workers and office bearers, Nadda said that the double engine government took the state on a new road of development. “When I see this enthusiasm, excitement and gathering of people, it tells me that people of Uttarakhand and Haridwar have made up their mind to give BJP their blessing again. If we talk about the development of the state, the statement by PM Modi, that we will use double engine government to take Uttarakhand towards development, has turned true. We are happy to say that in the last five years, PM Modi has given blessings of over Rs 1 lakh crore to the state,” reported Indian Express.
The Yatra across the state will be completed in two phases where the first phase was launched by Nadda for the Garhwal Mandal from Haridwar. The second phase will be launched by Union Minister Anurag Thakur for the Kumaon Mandal from Bageshwar on Sunday.
