Paris Paralympics 2024, Day 3 Live: Welcome to ABP Live’s live coverage of the Day 3 of the Paris Paralympics 2024. India did amazingly well on Day 2 as the Indian contingent bagged four medals for the country. The shooters contributed three medals, while one was achieved in athletics.
Avani Lekhara and Mona Agarwal secured gold and bronze, respectively, in the Women's 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 final. In addition, shooter Manish Narwal clinched a silver medal in the Men's 10m Air Pistol (SH1) final. Sprinter Preethi Pal also contributed to India's medal count by earning bronze in the Women's 100m T35 final.
On the third day, Indian athletes will compete in para badminton, para archery, para shooting, para athletics, para rowing and para track cycling and will strive to adding a few more medals to India’s tally at the Paris Paralympics.
