The 25-year-old had won the final in Zurich last year and is looking to successfully defend his title. Neeraj Chopra would face some stern competition as he would have the likes of Czech Republic’s Jakub Vadlejch competing along side him. At the Paavo Nurmi Games 2023 earlier this month which Chopra had missed, The Czech had registered a throw of 89.51m. Anderson Peters from Grenada, Germany’s Julian Weber and former Olympic champion Keshorn Walcott from Trinidad and Tobago will also be some of his competitors.
