It has been three great days of cricket at the WPL so far. Mumbai Indians dominated the tournament opener against Gujarat Giants on March 04 and then also went on to beat Royal Challengers Bangalore on Monday (March 6) to make it two out of two wins. However, it hasn't been that great a start to for either Gujarat or Bangalore who other than the abovementioned matches also succumbed to a defeat against UP Warriorz and Delhi Capitals respectively.
Gujarat with a net run rate of -3.765, largely due to their 143-run loss to Mumbai are currently at the bottom of the points table which is being led by Mumbai Indians.
Delhi Capitals Women and UP Warriorz will now be up against each other in WPL later on Tuesday (March 07). It will be the second game for both these sides after a win in their first.
