Lucknow Super Giants new jersey: KL Rahul-led Lucknow Super Giants, in an event on Tuesday, launched a brand new outfit for the 2023 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2023). The franchise wore greenish-blue jerseys in their debut season last year, and now for IPL 2023, the franchise have changed their outfit's colour to a dark blue shade with red stripes on the sides.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) owner Sanjeev Goenka, and team mentor Gautam Gambhir were among the crowd at the unveiling ceremony as the team released new jersey.
Lucknow new jersey for IPL 2023 has reportedly been designed by famous designer Kunal Rawal. While launching the new Jersey, LSG captioned "๐ต๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐, ๐ต๐๐๐ ๐ฑ๐๐๐, ๐ต๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐ , ๐ต๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐ ๐๐๐." on social media.

Playing their debut season last year, Lucknow Super Giants made it to the IPL 2022 playoffs before getting knocked out of the tournament in Eliminator after losing to Royal Challengers Bangalore in Kolkata. Sanjiv Goenka-owned RPSG Group paid a whopping 7,090 crores last year to buy the Lucknow Super Giants.

Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 will begin on March 31. KL Rahul's Lucknow Super Giants will kick off their IPL 2023 campaign with a match against Delhi Capitals -- Match no. 3 of the tournament. The cash-rich T20 tournament will be played in home and away format this year.
