Match number 47 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 was played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders on Thursday (May 4) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. 2016 IPL winners Sunrisers Hyderabad failed to chase down 172-run target in front of their home crowd against KKR, suffering their 6th loss in nine IPL 2023 matches and remained at 9th position in 10-team IPL 2023 Points Table.
