I had said that after the Delhi elections, everyone will march to Bihar. But Bihar gave them a chance to run a double-engine government for 20 years. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been at the centre for 11 years. Nitish Kumar has been the Chief Minister for 20 years. Bihar is at the bottom in terms of literacy, per capita income and per capita investment. Bihar is at the bottom in farmers' income. Bihar is number one in unemployment, migration, poverty. It is a good thing that the Prime Minister is coming. But when he comes, he makes false promises, cheats the people of Bihar... Nothing has been done for the farmers. He used to say that he will double the income of the farmers. The farmers have been ruined by inflation. Bihar has been cheated in the budget..."
