A classy ton from flamboyant Shubman Gill (130 runs off 97 balls), who stitched a match-defining 140-run partnership with Ishan Kishan, helped India post 289, batting first.

Zimbabwe's senior batter Sikandar Raza (115) scored a solid century in the third ODI against India. At one point in the match, it seemed Zimbabwe would stop the hosts from attaining a whitewash, but the Indian bowlers made sure to turn things and the match result in India's favor in last few overs.

Team India won the third and final match of the ODI series in a thrilling fashion. This is the third century of Sikandar Raza in international cricket in 6 matches, but sadly his heroics went in vain as the veteran failed to get his team over the winning line.
India captain KL Rahul won the toss, elected to bat first and scored 289 runs in 50 overs for the loss of 8 wickets. For India, Shubman Gill (130), Ishan Kishan (50), Shikhar Dhawan (40) and KL Rahul (30) were the top contributors. Zimbabwe was bundled out for 275 runs in 49.3 overs and lost the match by 13 runs.
