WPL 2024 Full Schedule Revealed: Mumbai Indians Set To Face Delhi Capitals In Tournament Opener

WPL 2024: The complete season is slated to take place in Bengaluru and Delhi, with the Eliminator scheduled at Arun Jaitley Stadium on March 15 and the final on March 17.

The complete schedule for the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024 has been unveiled, with the defending champions Mumbai Indians facing Delhi Capitals in the opening match at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. According to a PTI report, the 2024 WPL season is slated to commence on February 23, with the final set to take place on March 17 at New Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium.

The WPL this year will feature a total of 22 matches and all matches are set to commence at 7:30 PM IST, with the eliminator taking place on March 15. Similar to the previous season, the WPL will not follow a home-away format. However, for the upcoming season, the tournament will be hosted in two cities, Delhi and Bengaluru.

The 2024 season of the Women's Premier League (WPL) will maintain the same format as the previous year, where the top three teams in the league stage qualify for the playoffs. The team securing the top position in the league table will earn direct qualification to the final, while the second and third-placed teams will compete in the Eliminator on March 15.
