World Cup 2019: Dhoni takes a flying one-handed catch to leave everyone STUNNED | WATCH

Dhoni began with anchoring the Indian innings with an unbeaten fifty and ended the innings with a six. And then he took charge behind the wickets and left the audience awe-stricken with a one-handed flying catch.

Maintaining their unbeaten streak in the ongoing World Cup, Virat Kohli and his men outclassed West Indies by 125 runs on Thursday.

While the victory took them another step closer to the semis, this game served a much-needed delight to MS Dhoni fans that were eagerly waiting to watch their SUPERHERO shine on the field.

He began with anchoring the Indian innings with an unbeaten fifty and ended the innings with a six. And then he took charge behind the wickets and left the audience awe-stricken with a one-handed flying catch.

The incident happened during the 27th over when Bumrah bowled length delivery while Carlos Brathwaite, who slammed a century in the previous game closed the bat face looking to tuck it into the leg-side. The ball took an outside edge of Brathwaite’s bat and Dhoni made a superb dive to grab the ball with his right hand.

Here’s the video:

The last seven wickets fell for 63 runs in a space of 14 overs which indicated the Caribbean plight.

When India batted, Dhoni scratched around for the better part of his innings before exploding in the final over to take India to 268 for 7 on a track that looked good for batting.

There has been a lot of talk about Dhoni's failure to rotate the strike and Thursday's batting effort on another dry and slow track will only amplify the criticism before he got 16 in the final over to finish on 56 off 61 deliveries with three fours and two sixes.
