Indian skipper Virat Kohli faced heavy backlash on Twitter after he asked his followers to follow their favourite clubs for the upcoming Indian Sports Honours. Kohli’s tweet infuriated the fans since the timing of his tweet was not suitable at all.

Kohli posted the tweet at a time when the entire nation is mourning the death of CRPF soldiers in a deadly terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir in which at least 37 CRPF jawans were martyred while numerous others were left injured.
