Viral Artistic Tribute To MS Dhoni: Watch The Mesmerizing Pinch-To-Zoom Video

MS Dhoni celebrated his 42nd birthday on July 7 (Friday).

MS Dhoni is one cricketer that has transcended the boundary of being an ordinary one and has gone in the realm of legends. The former India captain came from a humble background in Ranchi and despite seeing the highs that only few manage to see in their lifetime has carried himself with utmost grace and humility. Even as it's been nearly three years since the wicketkeeper-batter's retirement from international cricket, there has not been a dip in his popularity. Dhoni continues to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and recently led the franchise to their fifth title in May.

There is no doubt that Dhoni has served as an inspiration to many around the world. His story is well documented with several books written on his journey and even a movie made on his life. However, yet another tribute to the legendary cricketer a day after his 42nd birthday has gone viral on social media. The clip depicts instances from his life one art frame to another with the change of frames happening with the help of the pinch-to-zoom technique.

The background music selected for this clip is from Dhoni's own biopic and adds the perfect touch of emotions to the cricketer's incredible story from being a Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) to becoming the only captain in the world to win all three ICC trophies..

Meanwhile, Dhoni has promised to return for another season of the IPL. There were speculation that this could be his final season but after lifting the cup he said that he would come back as a gift for his fans. Mahi, as Dhoni is affectionately called,  underwent a knee surgery in Mumbai post IPL 2023 after struggling with an injury throughout the season.
