T20 Blast 2024: The T20 Blast 2024 has reached the conclusion of its first 31 matches and it was an eventful day in the premier T20 league of England, as 8 matches were held on Friday, June 7. Warwickshire and Surrey, the only undefeated sides in the league, saw their unbeaten run come to an end, as they endured one-sided defeats at the hands of Lancashire and Sussex respectively.
It was a brilliant day for the likes of Sam Billings, as he got his maiden T20 hundred in 307 matches, and Derbyshire registered an emphatic win over the highly vulnerbale Nottinghamshire side, who are looking completely out of sorts. 'The Outlaws' have now stretched their winless run to 4 matches this season and only a miracle can save their season.

Fresh from their defeat, the Warwickshire will be back again in action on Saturday, June 8, as they are set to face a Durham side that are coming off a huge win over Leicestershire. The latter can leapfrog Warwickshire in the points table with a win tonight, whereas, a victory for the Birmingham-based side will take the to atleast 2nd place.
