SPONSORED - Get Instant Cash for Your Smartphone, with Cashify

Cashify has even exclusively partnered with some of the biggest mobile brands in the country such as Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi and OnePlus to facilitate exchanges.

The Indian refurbished-and-used smartphone market has been on an upward trajectory for quite a while now. According to Deloitte, it is expected to be worth $4 billion by as early as 2020. Leading the charge for the industry is Cashify, India's largest electronic recommerce portal that's facilitating over 1 lakh used smartphone sales every month, paying an average of Rs 6,500 to its customers.

The numbers shouldn't be too surprising. Instead of trying to find a place where customers can sell used smartphones, Cashify provides them an easy and economical solution. They head over to Cashify's website, select the device they want to sell, and have it picked up right from their doorstep. For example, selling an iPhone 7 can fetch users as high as Rs 23,700 on the portal.

How It Works

A set of easy questions are put forward to the user, to confirm the condition of their smartphone or whatever device that is being sold. These include questions on:

  • The state of the screen,
  • Model number and brand, and
  • Warranty validity

Based on these questions, Cashify generates a fair, competitive price that is hard to beat across the industry. Cashify's executives then come over directly to the customers' doorstep at a time of their choosing, to verify the product and hand over the cash. Selling used smartphones is now a seamless process that's been made unusually efficient thanks to Cashify's processes and technology.

“The need to upgrade to better smartphones and laptops is on the rise and that is fuelling Cashify’s growth. Upgrade cycles have now come well under 12 months from the previous 20-month duration and this is where Cashify fulfils the need to get more liquidity,” said Mandeep Manocha, Cashify's CEO.

The Road Ahead

Cashify has even exclusively partnered with some of the biggest mobile brands in the country such as Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi and OnePlus to facilitate exchanges.

With over a million dollars in venture debt in 2018, Cashify has continued to innovate with new models like ScreenPro, which provides screen repair services for broken devices at a very nominal rate. ScreenPro also offers a 6-month guarantee on the new display.

With its focus on putting delivering the maximum value possible for its customers, Cashify seems to be headed for exponential growth. The brand is currently running a promotion offering customers Rs 200 extra on their smartphone sale. Head over to Cashify’s website and use the promo code ABP to avail the offer. The promotion isn’t limited to specific customers - all brands stand to get extra cash:

- Moto smartphone users get Rs 200 extra on their sale using the promo code GSIX.

- Xiaomi users also get Rs 200 on their sale using the promo code Y2.

- Rs 250 can be added to a Samsung smartphone sale using the code JN250.

- Apple and OnePlus users get the most for themselves, using coupons codes iPhone & OP300 respectively, for an additional Rs 300 on their sale.

- Don’t fret if these don’t work out for you. Every new user gets Rs 200 extra using the coupon CASHON.
