Dwayne Bravo led Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) registered a historic 8-wicket win against Guyana Amazon Warriors to become the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) champions for the third time. New Zealand opener Colin Munro’s unbeaten 39-ball 68 played the major role in thrashing the Warriors with utmost ease.
Mesmerised with this historic win, team owner and Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan took to his official social media account to express himself. He wrote, “Wow wow wow. Wish I was there 2 party with my boys!!! Lov u Trinidad &Tobago & congratulations for the team...the champions dance & music & thx for making me & @TKRiders a part of ur family. This is how we play...boys each one hav a drink for me..Lov yaaa!!”
