'Scared' Sourav Ganguly reacts on Australia's tumble, deletes tweet later

Ganguly's tweets have garnered hundreds of retweets and thousand of likes before he pulled them off his timeline

While the Englishmen were busy in setting new milestones in ODI cricket, several cricket pundits took time to digest the reality.

Among them, there was one who was massively ‘scared’ after Morgan & Co. fell short by 19 runs to post a total of 500 on the board in an ODI inning. He was none other than former Indian skipper, Sourav Ganguly.

Ganguly took to his official Twitter handle to admit his fear. Moreover, the way England batters treated the Aussie bowling attack, it bothered the former Indian skipper the most.

Here’s his tweet:

He went on to remember a few legendary Australian bowlers with the likes of Brett Lee, Glenn McGrath, Shane Warne, Jason Gillespie and questioned whether ‘good bowling is dying’.

Hours after expressing his concern on a social platform, Ganguly deleted some of his posts. His tweets have garnered hundreds of retweets and thousand of likes before he pulled them off his timeline.

The England cricket team rephrased the way of batting in an ODI game. With some impressive knocks from Jonny Bairstow, Alex Hales, Jason Roy and captain Eoin Morgan, the hosts put the highest-ever ODI – 481 runs.
