Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli’s memorable tour of Australia has come to an end. Both senior players confirmed that this was their final tour Down Under - and they signed off in style. Rohit smashed a brilliant century, while Kohli contributed a solid half-century in the third and final ODI, helping India win their only match in the three-ODIs series.

Having already retired from T20Is and Test cricket, the two modern greats will now focus solely on the ODI format. Naturally, fans are eager to know when they’ll see the star duo back in action.

Rohit-Virat Reunion on Field

The wait won’t be long. South Africa will tour India next month, starting with a two-match Test series, followed by three ODIs and five T20Is.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will return to the field in the ODI series beginning November 30 at the JSCA International Stadium in Ranchi.

India vs South Africa ODI Schedule:

1st ODI: November 30 – JSCA International Stadium, Ranchi

2nd ODI: December 3 – Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, Chhattisgarh

3rd ODI: December 6 – ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam

Rohit and Virat are expected to feature in all three ODIs as India prepare for their next big international challenge on home soil.

Right after India’s victory in the third ODI, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli joined Adam Gilchrist and Ravi Shastri for a chat on Fox Cricket. During the conversation, the iconic duo officially confirmed that the recently concluded three-match series marked their final tour of Australia.

“I've always loved coming here. I enjoy playing cricket here in Australia. Fond memories of 2008 and a nice way to finish getting that knock and getting that win as well," said Rohit.

"I don't know if we'll be coming back to Australia, but it was fun all these years that we played here. You know, a lot of good memories, bad memories, but all in all I'll take the cricket that I played here,” he added.
