Pakistan vs Afghanistan T20Is: A second-string Pakistan cricket team, led by leg-spinner Shabab Khan, is all set to lock horns with Afghanistan in a three-match T20 International series, starting from today, 24th March. Afghanistan vs Pakistan three-match T20 International series will be played at a neutral venue. All three matches of AFG vs PAK T20I series will be played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in United Arab Emirates (UAE). The first T20I of AFG vs PAK T20I series will be played on 24th March at Sharjah Cricket Stadium from 9:30 pm IST onwards. Afghanistan will be high on confidence after recently beating UAE 2-1 in a three-match T20I series in February. 

Star spinner Rashid Khan will lead Afghanistan against Pakistan. He was made Afghanistan captain in place of Mohammad Nabi, who resigned from captaincy after T20 World Cup 2022. Shabad Khan has been assigned to lead Pakistan in this series as regular skipper Babar Azam, along with some big names like Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf and Mohammad Rizwan have been rested after conclusion of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023.
