New Delhi: In the ICC T20 World Cup 2022, India registered a famous win against the arch-rivals Pakistan, beating them by four wickets in a nail bitter on Sunday. The match completely lived up to the expectations of all the fans. The International Cricket Council took to Twitter to share raw footage of the celebrations that took place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground after India’s win.

The magnitude of the victory was such that even India’s head coach Rahul Dravid, famously known as the wall, who is not often seen expressing emotions much was completely charged and ecstatic after the victory. He can also be seen hugging Virat Kohli.

More than 90,000 people were in the stands who went wild after India’s Ravichandran Ashwin smashed the winning run on the last ball of the thrilling encounter. Virat Kohli was lifted on the shoulders by the skipper Rohit Sharma and each and everyone in the Indian dugout was over the moon.
Virat Kohli who was under the scanner for not being in the best of form in the recent past played a match-defining knock and scored 82 runs from 53 balls. He not only scored big, but he also lived up to the tag of being a “chase master”. In simple words, he did what he does best.
After the last run was scored Kohli was seen punching the ground in delight. He was well supported by the allrounder Hardik Pandya who scored 40 runs from 37 balls. The duo stitched a partnership of 113 runs before Pandya got out on the first ball of the last over of the innings. India will next play against the Netherlands on Thursday.
