Mumbai: Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to field in their Indian Premier League match against Kolkata Knight Riders in Mumbai.


Mumbai received a huge boost in the form of Lasith Malinga as the Sri Lankan ace returned after completing national duties. He replaced Tim Southee.


Veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh was included in the playing XI as injured Ambati Rayudu was not available for selection.


For KKR, there was one change, medium pacer Ankit Rajpoot came in place of leg spinner Piyush Chawla.
