MS Dhoni Says 'Bye Bye' To Long Hairstyle, Breaks The Internet With New Look

MS Dhoni ditched his vintage long hairstyle and donned a new hairdo. His new look styled by Aalim Hakim has taken the internet by storm.

MS Dhoni has once again taken the internet by storm. The former India captain might not have played a match but has still managed to capture the attention of the fans just with his new look. The Chennai Super Kings superstar can be seen donning a new hairdo. While he had the vintage long hairstyle for quite some time, similar to the look that he had when he announced himself on the world stage, he has now said 'bye bye' to that look and taken to short hair.

His hair was styled by the celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim. He had styled him ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 as well and now has once again rendered his services to India's World Cup-winning captain. Even though Dhoni likes to experiement with his style and look, he has still managed to surprise fans with his new hairdo which has broken the internet in no time.

Will MS Dhoni Play IPL 2025?

On the cricketing front, Dhoni last played an international match for India in 2019, announcing his retirement in 2020. However, he continues to ply his trade for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL. While there have been several reports of Dhoni having already played his last IPL game, there is no official confirmation from either the franchise or the man himself.

The latest changes to the IPL Retention rules, however, would allow Dhoni to be retained as an "uncapped player" as he last played an international match five years ago. Dhoni is expected to meet franchise officials in Mumbai before they reach a final decision regarding his participation.
