'Lamb Chops, Mutton Curry But No Beef': Pakistan Cricket Team's Food Menu In Hyderabad Revealed
Pakistan will stay in Hyderabad for a couple of weeks and have cheat meals also in their diet plan during their stay in the city.
The Babar Azam-led Pakistan cricket team landed in India at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad on Wednesday (September 27) amid tight security. The Men in Green, who will begin their World Cup campaign on October 6, will stay in the city for two weeks. They have a couple of warm-up matches in capital of Telangana before they play their first two matches of the round-robin stage of the tournament at this venue.
While the Pakistani team was 'overwhelmed' by the welcome they received on what was their first visit to India in seven years, a report carried by PTI has revealed their menu during their stay in the city. As per the same report, which claims that it has access to the team's diet chart, beef will not be served to any of the ten teams competing in the world event. Meanwhile, Pakistan are set to be served lamb chops, mutton curry as well as butter chicken and grilled fish.

These will include the famous Hyderabadi biryani. Post their stay in Hyderabad, Pakistan will travel to Ahmedabad for the high-voltage match against India. Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata are the other Indian cities that will host Pakistan's matches in the World Cup.
