Meanwhile, Shakib Al Hasan dropped a bombshell on the eve of the second Test in Kanpur that this could be his last Test match while confirming that he has played his last T20I.

As per Kanpur weather prediction on Accuweather, the opening day of the Test match will be "Cloudy with periods of rain and a thunderstorm." The probability of precipitation is 96%, if this forecast is to be believed. Forecast website 'Weather' also suggests possibility of rain and "thunderstorms after 11:15." It further shows that the probability of rain is highest in the afternoon at 96%.

While that may paint a bleak picture for fans wanting to enjoy a full day's of Test cricket action, there could still be enough time to see a result in the second Test.
