Jarvo 69 came to the limelight back during the red ball series between England and India in 2021. He was spotted entering the pitch in almost every game of the series. Talking about the game, the Men in Blue got a great start after Jaspirt Bumrah’s early wicket. He dismissed Mitchell Marsh in his second over of the game. The same amount of credit went to Virat Kohli also who took a great catch after diving towards his left side.
The only cause of concern for the Indian team is their ace batter Shubman Gill has been ruled out due to dengue. Ishan Kishan replaced him in the playing XI. Team India also included three spinners in the form of Ravichandran Ashwin, Kuldeep Yadav, and Ravindra Jadeja. Australia on the other hand are playing without the services of Marcus Stoinis, who is down with an injury.
India’s Playing XI: Rohit Sharma (c), Ishan Kishan, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul (wk), Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj.
