IPL 2019: 'I may just kidnap Ziva', Preity Zinta jokingly warns Dhoni
Never short of enthusiasm, Preity Zinta posted a picture on her Twitter account with Dhoni and funnily warned him saying, “Here I’m telling him to be careful – I may just kidnap her,”
With nothing to lose in the final game of the season, KL Rahul’s (36-ball-71) scintillating knock ensured a six-wicket victory for Kings XI Punjab over Mumbai Indians at Mohali on Sunday. Despite the loss, CSK ensured a top-two finish with chance to play the first IPL Qualifier at their home ground Chepauk.
KXIP might have failed to make the playoffs yet again but veteran actress-entrepreneur Preity Zinta seemed pretty happy with her team’s performance. The victory didn’t mean much for Punjab as despite having the same points (12) like SRH and KKR, Ashwin-led KXIP lost the net-run race.
However, never short of enthusiasm, Preity Zinta posted a picture on her Twitter account with Dhoni and funnily warned him saying, “Here I’m telling him to be careful – I may just kidnap her,”
The veteran actress also shared a tweet in which she thanked the fans and supporters for backing Kings XI Punjab. Zinta also promised that Punjab will make a strong comeback next year.Captain cool has many fans including me, but off-late my loyalties are shifting to his little munchkin Ziva. Here I’m telling him to be careful - I may just kidnap her 😜 Now it's time for you guys to Caption THIS photo...#Ting pic.twitter.com/bD1ADSXopc
