After having an extremely rough season last year, they came back extraordinarily strong this year and snatched the trophy from the defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Sunday at Hyderabad. While cashing a modest 150-run total, CSK fell 2 runs short as Malinga trapped Shardul Thakur in the front off the last ball, clinching a 1-run victory in a low-score affair.
