India beat Pakistan in Women's Asia Cup final

New Delhi: India women defeated arch-rival Pakistan by 17 runs to clinch Asia Cricket Council’s Women’s T20 Asia Cup trophy in Bangkok on Sunday.

India eve’s put 122 on board but the Pakistan Women team could only manage 104 runs with the loss of six wickets. India had already defeated Pakistan in the group stages and win the final makes it 2 in 2 for India against Pakistan. India have now won 32 games in row in Asia Cup tournament since its inception in 2004.

Six edition of the Asia Cup so far and the Indian team have managed to win all 6 editions. 

Indian opener Mitali Raj was the top scorer with unbeaten 73 runs. Ekta Bisht scapled 2 wickets
