For the unversed, the mystery girl is Shubman Gill's sister, Shahneel Gill. Some fans are speculating that the duo might be a couple, but these are just mere rumors. However, it is certain that Shahneel and Rinku share a good friendship bond.

Last year, Shahneel Gill commented on a shirtless picture of Rinku Singh shared by the cricketer on social media from his Maldives tour. She wrote, "O Hero."

Meanwhile, under Shubman Gill's captaincy, India has taken a 2-1 lead in the five-match T20I series against Zimbabwe. The fourth and fifth T20Is between the two teams will take place on July 13 and 14 in Harare.

Rinku Singh made headlines when he wasn't picked in India's 15-member squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, being selected as a reserve player instead. The ongoing T20 series against Zimbabwe has provided Rinku with the platform to make his mark in T20Is.

Making the most of this golden opportunity, he performed brilliantly in the second T20I match, playing an unbeaten inning of 48 runs off 22 balls, helping the Indian team score 234 runs, batting first.
