Fans all over the world felt it was quite touching to see the talented youngster dedicate his milestone (half-century) to his mother and also include Rohit Sharma's daughter Samaira in his special celebration. Samaira is a fan of Tilak. During his T20I career's maiden fifty against West Indies, Tilak Varma had celebrated by gesturing towards Samaira.

Speaking about India vs Bangladesh Asian Games 2023 semi-final match, the Men in Blue thrashed their opponents by nine wickets to qualify for the gold medal match. The second semi-final is being played between Pakistan and Afghanistan and the winner of this match will lock horns with team India in finals i.e. Gold medal match of Asian Games 2023 in cricket on Sunday (October 8). 

Batting first, Bangladesh were bowled out for a low total of 98 with India's Sai Kishore and Washington Sundar taking five wickets amongst themselves. In the second innings, Tilak Varma (55) and Ruturaj Gaikwad (40) successfully chased down the target in less than 10 overs.

India's women’s team have already won a gold medal in cricket and now it is the men's team's turn to make the nation proud.
