Remarkably, India, led by Rohit Sharma, remained unbeaten throughout the tournament as they won their second T20 World Cup. As a result of India’s excellent T20 World Cup campaign, as many as six Indian players have made it to the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) Team of the Tournament, including skipper Rohit, Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah.
